How our Process Works
COLLECT YOUR SALIVA SAMPLES
Your kit will arrive at your door within 3-5 days, including detailed test instructions to help you determine the best day to collect your saliva samples. For women: this is based on your cycle (those with no cycles + men can test any day of the month).
MAIL TO OUR LAB
Using our prepaid shipping label, mail your samples to our CLIA certified lab for analysis!
RECEIVE RESULTS + REBALANCING GUIDE
Once received by the lab, samples are processed in 7-10 business days. We'll send your results along with our comprehensive "rebalancing education" (or "custom guide" - depending on your package choice) to support those crucial "next steps!"
