Why? When you see "fragrance" or "parfum" on a product's label, read it as "hidden chemicals." Due to a major loophole in the FDA's federal law, product manufacturers are allowed to use the term "fragrance" instead of listing the actual chemicals.
Meanwhile our preferred detangling spray 'Kids Extra Moisturizer Detangle' by @sheamoisture, contains only natural ingredients. This brand never contains any synthetics such as petroleum solvent, parabens, or ethers. Additionally, the ingredients list indicates hibiscus flower extract, rather than listing “parfum,” which is always preferred! It's safe to use around kids, pets, and the planet and it's never tested on animals and is 'Leaping Bunny Certified!'
