Meet the mother/daughter team behind YHB:
Your Hormone Balance started with the matriarch of the family: Candace Burch (M.A.), a Hormone Health Educator with over 30 years experience in the field. After suffering through the "rollercoaster" years of perimenopause (with two young daughters), she made it her mission to find relief from her symptoms naturally, and spent over a decade educating the public about the importance of hormone testing + rebalancing (as the Director of Education at ZRT Hormone Testing Labs). In 2017, she founded Your Hormone Balance as a one-on-one consulting practice, and is now joined by her two daughters, Rye Burch (CEO) and Jess Suchan (Holistic Health Coach), who have expanded YHB's reach to women around the world!
Together, we created the "Hormones in Harmony" course to help women of all ages learn about their hormones, get connected with their bodies and make simple, yet impactful changes to their diet + lifestyle habits without restriction! She's also a certified yoga teacher, host of the Period Story Podcast and the Author of "You Can Have a Better Period!" She works with women who want to get control of sugar cravings, mood swings and hormonal acne, bloating and headaches, as well as increase their energy levels. He experienced his own healing transformation by working with a chiropractor, which ultimately led him to pursue a career in the field.
