AT HOME TEST COLLECTION KIT
- Saliva collection kit measures progesterone, estrogen, PG/E2 ratio, testosterone, DHEA and 4 x cortisol ‘stress hormone’ levels (+option to "add on" a thyroid or vitamin D blood spot kit at checkout).
- Kit includes 4 tubes to collect saliva (4 x over the course of one day) - we'll provide detailed test instructions after purchase to help you determine the best time frame to collect your samples, based on your cycle length and regularity (including irregular/absent periods). Men may test any day of the month.
- NOTE: Testing is highly accurate for those currently using hormones* (the lab adjusts reference ranges accordingly), as well as medications and supplements, which won't impact results. **Exception: if using troche or sublingual hormones, saliva is not the optimal test (contact us for an alternative test!).**
- Includes prepaid shipping envelope to mail samples back to our lab for analysis (covers domestic/US return shipping). INTL customers must cover return shipping to the U.S.
- Comprehensive lab results provided by our CLIA certified lab (the lab adjusts reference ranges according to age/menstrual status, gender, health history, hormone use, etc. for most accurate results!)

How our Process Works
COLLECT YOUR SALIVA SAMPLES
Your kit will arrive at your door within 3-5 days, including detailed test instructions to help you determine the best day to collect your saliva samples, based on your cycle (if no cycles - you can test any day of the month)
MAIL TO OUR LAB
Using our prepaid shipping label, mail your samples to our CLIA certified lab for analysis!
RECEIVE RESULTS + REBALANCING GUIDE
Once received by the lab, samples are processed in 7-10 business days. We'll send your results along with our comprehensive "rebalancing education" to support those crucial next steps!
