We suggest starting out with a half teaspoon (1 g) of the powder, gradually increasing to two teaspoons (4 g) per day. If you notice loose stools, this is a sign you have taken a little too much for your unique body so simply reduce the serving size and increase little by little until you reach the “sweet spot.”
