Hormone Balancing Recipe: Seed Cycling Balls

Interested in seed cycling as a tool for regulating cycles, clearing up skin & improving PMS symptoms? Our health coach @bodyblissbyjess created this anti-inflammatory turmeric energy ball recipe that’s quick to make and the PERFECT addition to a busy routine! Even if you’re not seed cycling, it’s great for people trying to reduce inflammation and/or looking for a hormone balancing treat + it’s nut free for those with sensitivities/allergies. 


- 14 tbsp ground flax seeds (for menstrual phase to ovulation) OR 14 tbsp ground sesame seeds (for ovulation to luteal phase)

- 14 tbsp ground pumpkin seeds (for menstrual phase to ovulation) OR 14 tbsp of ground sunflower seeds (for ovulation to luteal phase)

- 1/3 cup coconut oil

- 2/3 cup sunbutter

- 1/4 cup @lakanto classic baking sugar (sugar-free) or 1/4 cup raw honey

- 3 tbsp collagen peptides (optional)

- 2-3 tsp turmeric powder

- 1/4 tsp black pepper

- 1 tsp ginger powder

Directions: process or blend all ingredients until combined & place in a container in the fridge for one hour to solidify. Remove from the fridge & use your hands or a spoon to create 14 balls. Keep in the fridge or freezer and enjoy 1 per day!
